Producer, Editor and Graphic Designer
Born in Caracas, Venezuela, Alejandra received a degree in Visual Communication from Creapole-Esdi in Paris, and a BFA in Graphic Design, Cum Laude, from the University of Miami.
She worked as a broadcast designer and editor for MTV Latin America and was the Production Designer for the award-winning short Red Bird.
In May 2004 Alejandra joined Andromeda Productions as a partner and relocated to New York, NY, where she worked as an editor for episodics for shows such as Nickelodeon’s SpongeBob Squarepants, Unfabulous, Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide and Teenick. She was a producer-editor for TV shows such as MTV Tr3s’ Sucker Free Latino, and as an editor for magazine-format shows as Videofashion News, Designer Marathon and Elements of Style for Videofashion! She also art directed show packages for Videofashion! and MTV Latin America.
As a freelancer, she edited promos for clients such as Oxygen Network and Food Network. She cut marketing presentation tapes for MTV International, and acted as concept creator and director for the pilot episode of the TV show Radar, produced by Andromeda Productions, and was Coordinating Producer for the concert ALAS.
